Excellent food and excellent service. The basil popcorn chicken was very delicious. We will be back to try the other selections

Friendly, efficient and yummy! Would come back again and again. Convenient location and parking.

For those who enjoy tea, Tea Bay on La Riviera Dr is a wonderful place; my most recent visit made a strong impact. Food: Fresh nibbles fit really well with the beverages. Their trademark milk tea was simply great rich, creamy, and exactly sweetened. Though I desire more bold tastes to sample, the range of tea alternatives was amazing. Staff members were friendly and inviting, spending time to go over their menu and offer suggestions. My order arrived promptly and everything was presented with care. Ambiance: The neat and comfortable surroundings surprised me. Though it can get somewhat crowded at peak hours, which influences the general atmosphere, it felt like the ideal place to unwind or catch up with friends. Tea Bay has a lot going for it.

Pretty solid tea spot for a quick fix if you're at Sac State or work in the area. They have a lot of different boba and snack option.

One of my favorite boba places in Sac! The oreo ice cream shake is so good, the boba is really good as well. Highly recommend!

Really enjoyed the drink, especially the boba pearls, and the atmosphere! The staff was also really nice. Only wish it was not as pricey!

Food: Went on a hot weekday and ordered a mango smoothie with boba. Their menu is quite extensive, so it took us a while to choose, but the employee very patiently waited for us to finally decide. The drink itself was very refreshing and delicious, but the price was quite steep for us. Boba/toppings is an extra $0.75, and even with the 10% off with a yelp check-in, it still came out to be $8.07 before tip. Ambiance: There were three to four tables and a few outlets, with music that was faintly playing in the background. WiFi was pretty spotty though so I wouldn't recommend it as a work spot; during my time here, it seemed like most people just picked up their order and left. I imagine more people would come to hang out on the weekends though! It was clean and the bathroom was also well maintained. The parking lot was a littleeeeee sketchy, like other reviews have mentioned. Tip: Saw a sign on the door indicating happy hour M-Th 12-3pm; order a bento box and get a drink 50% off!

Quick service! Wifi connected but kicked me out as soon as server connected. Thank goodness for xfinity wifi! Basil popcorn chicken - one of the best popcorn chicken I've ever had!! Flavors plus crunch are delicious. Sweet potato fries - also good! Crunchy and tasted like sweet potato fries. Limited seating. Great space overall. Definitely a weird space in the parking lot so take all valuables out. Definitely will come back for some more basil popcorn chicken.
